Tuck n’ Snug’s total liability for any claim arising out of any order placed by way of our website, whatever the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the higher of £39 or the price of the product(s) supplied by us to the customer plus any postage incurred.

Conditions of Sale

While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that all products and prices are communicated correctly on the Tuck n’ Snug website, Tuck n’ Snug reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices accordingly, as and when necessary. All prices on the website include VAT.

While we make every possible effort to ensure we display our goods as accurately as possible, we cannot be held responsible for colour variations, including disparities in computer screen settings. Sizes, shapes and patterns shown on the website are approximate only.

The use of a duvet and pillow is advised for children over the age of 12 months. Please ensure that you follow the instructions on how to use Tuck n’ Snugs’ duvet covers and pillowcases. The company will not be held liable for incorrect usage or user negligence.

When an order is placed through the website an acknowledgement email will be sent. This is acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not confirm our acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) that you have ordered. We only accept your offer and conclude the contract of sale when we have received payment from you and we send you a confirmation email indicating that your order has been processed and is on its way to you. If a product is unavailable or out of stock we will inform you promptly and advise on availability. If for any reason, we do not accept your order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. However, if you have paid for your order, Tuck n’ Snug will refund your payment in full.

As a UK customer, you have the right to a 14 calendar day ‘cooling off’ period. If you change your mind about the goods and wish to return them, you must inform us within 14 calendar days of the day after you (or your nominated representative) receive the goods. Goods must then be returned to us within 14 calendar days from that date. You will responsible for paying return postage and we will refund you within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned goods and will include any standard initial delivery charges. If you handle the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, and the value of the goods have diminished as a result of this handling, we may reduce any refund payable to you by this diminishment in value.

If any goods are defective and you notify us of this within 30 days of delivery, you shall be entitled to a full refund, repair or a replacement. If any of the goods are defective and you notify us of this after 30 days of delivery, you may be entitled to repair or a replacement. If any repair or replacement we provide is defective, you shall be entitled to a full refund. You will need to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs. As a customer you are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we receive them.

Orders will be dispatched usually within 24 hours of receipt but in any event within 30 days, subject to stock availability. UK mainland orders are dispatched by courier and usually received within 3 working days and may require a signature. For deliveries outside of the UK mainland a surcharge will be applied. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods and we will attempt to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products unless the address provided to us proves incorrect or invalid.

We reserve the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch. If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch we will refund you in full.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control such as power failure, internet service provider failure, fire, flood or any other event that is beyond our control.

This website and these Terms of usage are governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of the same.

3.  The offer is valid for a limited period of time as specified in the marketing communication on the website, not to be used outside of that period.
4.  If a ‘promotional offer’ item is returned and meets our standard return conditions, a customer will be refunded the ‘promotional offer’ price of the goods only.
5.  All orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.
